Hi, my name is Kayla Murie! I started K. Murie Custom Designs initially as a way to gain a little part of my identity back after becoming a full-time stay at home mom. Creating stuff started as a hobby, then I realized the need for it in my area of Livingston, MT and that I was pretty good at it! I love helping businesses brand things with their logo.
I am happily married with 2 kids and 2 dogs. So outside of working in my home office, I am usually chasing toddlers, going to our family cabin, I love cooking or when the kids are asleep my husband & I love watching rodeo--even if its a rerun or recorded from an earlier time. I also love anything cows, American flag, German shepherds or having grown up in a military family, I am all for supporting our troops any way I can.
Before becoming a stay at home mom, I used to train dogs. I have done the basic obedience, showmanship, agility, tracking and protection dog training. Maybe one day I'll get back to that, but for now I am enjoying designing and turning other people's ideas into gifts and/or merchandise.
